The Eagles are back from their 4 week sook-a-thon on the Gold Coast, where they are now doing the state a favour and self isolating. There was talk in the government that they wanted to extend the isolation until the end of the year but unfortunately Rita Saffioti was denied a vote on conflict of interest grounds. Most experts don't expect much from the Eagles after such a difficult road trip. Fremantle on the other hand are back from a stay on the beach and are looking as fresh and keen as ever. But, to keep things sporting, Fremantle have decided to level the score a bit by resting Nat Fyfe. Some say he has a hamstring injury but that seems a bit far fetched after he just recovered the week before. Hayden Young is also having a rest with a sore ankle. Meanwhile we're back in Perth so anyone who's mum is worried about them has been added to the bench, or more accurately Lloyd Meek, Bailey Banfield, Caleb Serong, Michael Frederick, Brandon Matera, Connor Blakely, Tobe Watson, Taylin Duman. The Eagles have..pfffttt...who cares.
