Football! Fremantle played some! It was awesome. The Dockers ended their 2018 season on a high, relatively speaking, with a thrilling game against the premiership fancied Collingwood. It was a worrying start, with Collingwood kicking the first 3 goals with Fremantle barely touching the football but they eventually organised themselves and put on a bit of a show, to lead at quarter time. They held a narrow lead at half time and scores were level at three quarter time. But it wasn't until Fremantle took the lead early in the last quarter that Freo supporters felt confident enough to start thinking about the win, at which point the weight of expectations got too much for the players and they let the Magpies slip past them for a 9 point win
