Now the MRP are in trouble. A Collingwood player just went the bump on Paul Chapman. No accidental head clash, just plain caught him high with a shoulder. Chapman stayed down a while, and then was taken off the ground, looking dazed.
It is worse than Fyfe's bump because the head high contact was intended, rather than incidental. I'm not sure Essendon's club doctor will be able to say that it didn't have much impact, because it did.
So how will the MRP classify it?
