Reckon they are testing Ibbo's shoulder out in heat of battle - if it pops out again on first contact at WAFL better than putting on the red vest and leaving us one down. Prob also need to test where his head is at - and whether he is mentally ready and not consciously protecting it during play. If he gets through he'll be back v North.

Usually when that terminology is used a player was late to a rehab session or meeting. I guess the logic behind saying 'club requirements' is that the player is spared the embarrassment of the indiscretion becoming public, and the club is spared the embarrassment of explaining why a promising player is dropped for what probably amounts to a trivial mistake.

I reckon it just encourages idle speculation.

The premise of the article is to highlight that Freo have been telling different info about Simpsons whereabouts in regards to reasons why he missed an interstate flight meaning no one but freo know where he is or why he didn't fly, including the reporter.

An awful lot of casual racism veiled in that article.

I don't know what issues Simpson has had in the past, but I'd be pretty surprised after his input last weekend, and the players support of him, that he'd do anything to jeopardise the position he's created for himself at the club. He clearly looks up to Walters, and he knows what he's had to do to prove his worth.

That article, on the seven west media website is disgusting, talk about ever the opportunity to stick it in a docker players, they don't miss a beat.

We don't know the full story, the young man is still coming to terms with city life and garbage like this by 'the west' is a disgrace.

I don't see the 'the west' giving a hard time to a certain player who averages 2 marks a game a hard time. Sorry, he is injured not because he is playing crap.

Get off Simpsons back, leave him alone or we will lose him, the club knows how to deal with it.
