Greater Western Sydney’s season is in the toilet after Fremantle grabbed number two...wait, no..Fremantle step into number two...um, not that either… how about, as Fremantle move into second spot on the ladder. Fremantle produced yet another routine win as the AFL struggle to find an opponent that can actually provide a contest for the premiership bound Dockers, with the the Giants helping Fremantle to their biggest score of the season which included a second goal football extravaganza in the final term. The Dockers barely broke a sweat for the most part but the crowd did get quite excited when Anthony Morabito pulled off the green vest and ran onto Subiaco Oval for the first time since green and red were on the jumper. Hayden Ballantyne kicked a lazy 5 goals and Pavlich three very nice ones, with Ballantyne making an appointment with the tribunal after Tomas Bugg took a dive in the third quarter (how can you trust a man whos parents had such little regard for the letter H). The win pushed Fremantle past the Hawks and Cats on percentage with a game next week against bottom placed St Kilda sure to bolster the percentage a bit further.
